This has become a major problem as I need my car to get to work. Due to Honda's financial's failure to provide the documents for me to register in **, I have been receiving tickets from ** due to the failure to have ** plates when parking. I have called honda financial over 50 times during the last year requesting them to provide the proper documentation to ** and they have yet to do so, when I have requested to speak to a supervisor they have not always provided me that opportunity. DC requires the lien holder to send the security interest fillingin order for me to register my car in **. Last year I moved from ******** to ************* and since then I have requested honda financial to provide the documents needed by the DC DMV for me to register my car in ** which they have not done for the last year. I signed a 5-year payment agreement and have been paying 450$ a month to pay off the lien to honda financial. On June 30th ***************************************************************************** it was a mechanic issue Two of the tires blew out one day and the next day we were in ************** and another tire blew on the highway putting us in serious danger and stranded I called the manager and told him what happened and he said that we should go to the nearest Honda dealer and replace all four tires and he will reimburse us when we gave him the receipt We gave him the receipt and said he would give it to his general manager his name is ************** talked to ****** on the phone and he agreed to reimburse 6 of the tires we bought for a total of $1,300 Dollars It has been 5 weeks and no reimbursement check I have called several times to ****** but he always says its in the mail and I only live 4 miles away I dont understand why this is happening This is so unprofessional and not a good business plan to follow especially a general manager who doesnt tell the truth This is at the Honda on ********************* in ************** ******* They have an issue with hold time and calling people back. I need this resolved ASAP and the correct check sent to me. It is now almost the end of August, this is still not resolved, and I'm driving around on a broken vehicle (which may damage it further and will not be covered for any future claims until repaired). After a while they confirmed everything and said it was being worked on. After another week or so I tried to call back (early August) and the representative had no idea what I was talking about and had to put me on hold several times. After another few weeks, I called back to check the status (around 7/21/23) and she stated that it was applied, but it was applied 7/13/23! I am now currently waiting because I was told by ****** (I believe) that they had to stop pay the original check to backdate the check properly and that I would receive a second check with the correct payout. After about 2 weeks or more (I called once or twice between this to check the status) I was finally called back to be advised that they were in the process of applying the check and it would be backdated to 6/13/23. After escalating to a manager, *******, who I was not allowed an extension to (they don't have extensions allegedly) I called back a few times to no avail. I never received a call and when I called in 6/19/23 to check the status, I was told when it was received and that I needed to submit a damage estimate from a repair shop and they would send me the check back endorsed. I called and was told by Honda Finance that I could mail the check in, they'd apply it to the loan, and I would get a check with the leftover money. My car was damaged in an insurance claim back in May and the check had to be cut to my lender and myself.
